We’re open 51 weeks of the year at Witton Castle Country Park, so unlike some other holiday parks you can enjoy your holiday home all year round.  Location is key but you don’t need to worry about that with us, the park is sat in a breath-taking country estate location in County Durham and has many places to visit right on the doorstep. The local community is important to us and we endorse many local speciality shops and attractions that appeal to holiday visitors.  There is a great owner community vibe on the park, with the 15th Century Castle itself playing host with a cellar bar, family entertainment room, sports bar and cinema.  We are a nice peaceful park that you will not find too lively, we are a hop skip and a jump away from many accredited tourist attractions and places of interest with beautiful open countryside, and pets are welcome with dedicated dog walk areas, nature trails and cycle routes around the vast estate. You can be sure of receiving first-class service here whether it be our customer care & information team, hospitality or maintenance team.

Our showground display offers a sweeping range of stunning new and pre-owned holiday homes to suit all tastes and some of these models can be viewed below.  Please remember there are no hidden costs and all prices are fully inclusive of siting and connection, gas and electric safety tests, TV aerial / Sky dish and FreeSat box, interior and exterior valet, and entrance steps.  We provide a full professional demonstration and handover to get you settled in no time!  And what’s more, there are no fees to pay until the following season.  Watch out for advertised Seasonal Offers and Manager’s Specials, there’s always a deal to be had.
